Prepare periodic reports assessing the level of compliance with the ethical code, presenting relevant recommendations to improve its content, facilitate understanding, and ensure its safeguarding.
Communication Procedure:
Eivor Systems provides its employees with a confidential channel through this procedure to report actions or behaviors that may be considered contrary to the principles established in the ethical code.
The Ethics Committee is empowered to take action either on its own initiative or at the request of any properly identified employee or stakeholder.
Any member of the Group or any stakeholder may report potential violations of the ethical code observed in any of the Group’s companies or by its employees. This procedure ensures the confidentiality and protection of the identity of the person reporting the anomaly. Employees may also use this procedure to raise concerns or suggest improvements to the Company's existing systems related to the ethical code.
The Ethics Committee is committed to addressing and resolving any matter within its scope of responsibility.
To validate a report, the following minimum requirements must be met:
Content of the report and supporting evidence or indications.
Person(s) allegedly involved in the reported facts.
The Ethics Committee will review the information provided and carry out the appropriate investigations. Based on the findings, the committee will decide whether the report is admissible and, if so, refer it to the Crime Prevention Committee.
Employees are required to report to the Ethics Committee whenever they have reasonable grounds to suspect any irregularity, violation of the law, or the Group’s ethical code.
